Our Centre.

Compass Treatment Centre is located in the coastal town of Sedgefield.  Set in the heart of the Garden Route in South Africa, Compass Treatment Centre takes advantage of the surrounding beauty to aid in the recovery process for those overcoming their addictions. We have created a safe therapeutic environment that provides individual treatment and therapy programs that will assist our residents to reconnect with their minds and bodies.  Through our programs, we offer structure and accountability, teaching residents how to live and think independently.

Our Residence.

Our bedrooms are spacious and comfortably shared en-suite living areas each with a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge area. All bedrooms lead onto a sunny balcony, perfect for spending your daily quiet time. All rooms provide a safe for any valuables for safe-keeping. We provide in-house laundry service for our residents.

Our Facilities.

We have a socially interactive communal area that consists of an indoor braai area with TV viewing with a lounge setting that pans out onto an outdoor patio, perfect for spending quality time with follow residents.

We also have a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during our glorious, hot summer days.

Kitchen & Dining facilities

We pride ourselves in serving a well-balanced nutritional menu from a well-equipped hygienic kitchen.

Our dining room is a spacious and comfortable family orientated environment and is well-equipped to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Meals are served plated or buffet style depending on our menu.
